Job summary

Hubbard is hiring a Utility Operator to operate and maintain equipment for animal feed production. This is a 2nd shift role with a $1 shift differential, located at 546 Willow St, Fort Collins, CO 80524. You will monitor the line, perform routine checks, and ensure safety and quality throughout the production process.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Experience in feed or manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Operate and maintain production equipment per SOPs.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team and leadership.
• Record data accurately for production logs.
• Lift up to 50–55 lbs and perform manual tasks.
• Troubleshoot basic production issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production line efficiency to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Be a reliable team member with prompt attendance and high performance.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve processes.
• Keep the worksite clean to prevent chemical-related hazards.
• Follow all safety guidelines across the facility.
• Operate mixing, bagging, spray drying, and related equipment per SOP.
