Job summary

Hubbard Feeds in North Dakota is seeking a Utility Operator to run and maintain equipment used in producing animal feed and supplements. You will help ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient production process, and perform routine checks.

This role requires attention to safety, teamwork and basic computer tasks for record keeping. The position offers opportunities for growth on a fast-paced, supportive team with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in feed, grain or supplement processing or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to work any shift preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the efficiency of the production line to ensure timely load and shipment.
• Being a reliable team member with prompt attendance and excellent performance.
• Communicating with team members and leadership to improve processes.
• Keeping the worksite clean to avoid hazards from chemicals and fragile products.
• Strictly adhering to safety guidelines throughout the facility.
• Performing all processes in accordance with all Standard Operating Procedures, including the operation of mixing, bagging, spray drying, fluid bed drying and powered lift equipment.
