What You’ll Do as a Unit Supervisor (RN):

• Lead and Support Nursing Staff – Foster a positive, productive work environment on the day shift.
• Coordinate Care – Partner with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Ensure Quality and Compliance – Uphold clinical best practices and meet regulatory standards.
• Champion Improvement – Lead quality initiatives to elevate resident care and operational excellence.
• Mentor and Develop Team Members – Help LPNs and CNAs grow in their roles through guidance and support.
• Encourage Open Communication – Maintain a culture of respect, teamwork, and transparency.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Valid RN License in the state of Indiana.
• Prior nursing leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
