Job summary

Clayton seeks a Team Lead for its facility to drive daily production, ensure proper paperwork, and collaborate with department leaders for safe, efficient operations.

The role requires a year of service with Clayton Supply Guin, clean attendance, and strong verbal/written communication. Clayton offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within a values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• TM must have 1 year of service with Clayton Supply Guin.
• No Written disciplinary action in last 6 months.
• Good attendance record (No more than a Verbal write-up on attendance at time of application).
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Demonstrates honesty and integrity.
• Has a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lead, guide, direct and coach team members from various backgrounds, cultures, and personalities.
• Be self-motivated and take direction well.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Team Members have the necessary tools to achieve daily, weekly, monthly production goals and complete necessary paperwork.
• Work hand in hand with Department Area Coordinator, other TM’s and leaders from other departments and Management for the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
• Complete Stay Interviews.
• Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities of Team Lead
