How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Position Title: 2nd Shift Supervisor

- Charlestown, NH

- 2nd Shift

- Monday - Friday

The Production Supervisor oversees daily activities within the industrial, specialty, and medical distribution and gas filling operations at a production site. This role involves managing gas cylinder processing, ultrasonic testing, and ensuring compliance with FDA, DOT, OSHA, EPA, SAFECORE, and other regulations.

• Supervises 2 or more plant production associates.
• Collaborates with other Plant Supervisors for smooth operations.
• Promotes safety and compliance, addressing unsafe acts promptly.
• Assigns tasks based on customer needs, stock levels, and employee skills.
• Studies production schedules, estimates worker hours, and maintains records.
• Enforces safety regulations and interprets company policies.
• Implements improvements in production methods, equipment, and working conditions.
• Assists in resolving work problems and recommends personnel actions.
• Trains new and cross-trains employees for continuous production.
• Supports planning and managing capital investments with the Plant Manager.
• Coordinates inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Performs additional duties and projects as assigned.

Are you a MATCH?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a distribution environment, preferably with technical knowledge of gases.
• Experience with SAP preferred.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly, and up to 125 pounds with assistance.
• Work environment includes indoor and outdoor conditions, with exposure to loud noises and odors.
