Job summary

ChampionX, now part of SLB, seeks a Shop Operator for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK to support ESP manufacturing. You will assemble and repair pumps and motors, following work instructions and using hand and power tools.

The role involves coating surfaces, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and contributing to continuous improvement. Overtime and weekend hours may be required; the shift generally starts around 3:15 pm with varying hours.

Qualifications

• This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.
• Read, understand and speak English.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Prepare and coat surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials (e.g. coating material, paint, varnish, blast).
• Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Contribute to the department's continuous improvement culture.
• Some minor welding (if qualified).
