SLB, formerly ChampionX, seeks a Shop Operator for the 2nd shift in Broken Arrow, OK, to support our ESP manufacturing business. You will assemble and repair pumps and motors, coat surfaces, and use hand and power tools in a dynamic environment. Overtime and weekend hours may be required as workload dictates.

We are looking for a Shop Operator 2nd shift located in Broken Arrow, OK supporting our Electric Submersible Pump (ESP) business. This is your opportunity to join a global technology company, driving energy innovation for a balanced planet.

• Second shift generally starts at 3:15 pm and may be 8, 10 or 12 hours depending on the workload (with some weekend overtime as needed)

• $20+ per hour based on prior experience with a $2.00 per hour shift differential

What You Will Do:

• Assemble and repair products such as pumps and motors, following defined work instructions, and using hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment

• Prepare and Coat surfaces of manufactured parts, assemblies, and finished products with protective materials (e.g. coating material, paint, varnish, blast)

• Use hand and power tools in a manufacturing environment

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

• Contribute to the departments continuous improvement culture

• Some minor welding (if qualified)

Minimum Qualifications:

• This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

• Read, understand and speak English
