Responsibilities

• Orchestrate departure of goods by preparing shipping dossiers, bills of lading, packing lists, and international labels.
• Transmit ASNs via digital portals and confirm orders left the dock.
• Log received goods and process Ship Confirmations in real-time.
• Generate and distribute Kanban signals to ensure correct stock is pulled.
• Audit orders, scan documents for accounting, and manage production paperwork flow.
• Maintain stock health by floor counts and inventory verification.
• Schedule standard shipments and expedites to meet delivery windows.
