Job summary

Neogen Corporation in Mount Sterling, KY is seeking a distribution center associate for the 2nd shift to handle inbound and outbound functions, packaging, and manual duties. You will use barcode scanners to pick orders, look up inventory, perform transfers, and load orders for both small parcel and pallet shipments.

You will safely operate distribution equipment, prepare international and domestic shipments, and ensure paperwork accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum six months documented distribution/ warehouse experience in an inbound or outbound function.
• RF scanner experience desired but not required.
• Forklift certification desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate all necessary distribution equipment safely.
• Use bar code scanners to pick orders, look up inventory, perform transfers, and load orders.
• Handle Small Parcel shipments (UPS, FedEx, DHL) including packing, paperwork, and international/domestic shipping.
• Process pallet orders (LTL and TL/large orders) with proper labeling and paperwork.
• Coordinate International Shipments with heat treated pallets, packing lists, and invoices.
• Meet special customer requirements and maintain orderly, accurate packing and labeling.
