Responsibilities

Cleans and maintains boilers and major equipment.
Oversees painting and repairs to plumbing, electrical, carpentry and mechanical areas.
Replaces broken windows and assists in remodeling work.
Maintains school grounds and assists in snow removal.
Supervises cleaning and maintenance of the building.
Maintains inventories and requisitions supplies.
Ensures building security and safety.
Performs building repairs within capability.
Reports damages to the principal and ensures doors/windows are secured daily.
Keeps inventory and coordinates timely replacements with the principal.
