Job summary

Masterson Staffing Solutions is seeking experienced rotational molders for our client in Maple Lake, MN. You will load powder resin, place molds in ovens, trim finished products, and ensure quality on the 2nd shift (3:45pm-1:45am, Mon-Thu).

Starting pay is $20/hour, with eligibility for a $5000 bonus upon permanent hire, plus perks such as free coffee/Gatorade, summer barbecues, and employee events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Experience in manufacturing or rotational molding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment, power tools and instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain communication with team to meet schedule and standards.
• Work across areas as needed to support team assets.
• Assist in training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities and work area.
• Identify priorities, meet deadlines, work with minimal supervision.
• Ensure final product quality and assembly quality.
• Attend to other duties as assigned.

Masterson Staffing Solutions is recruiting seasoned rotational molders for our Client Customer located in Maple Lake, MN.

Position Summary

Rotational molders are responsible for a start to finished product. Loading molds with powder resin, placing molds into ovens, taking product out of mold and trimming excess off product.

2nd shift: 3:45pm-1:45am Monday-Thursday. Starting at $20/hour depending on your experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate work equipment, power tools and specialized instruments used in plant operations.
• Maintain communication with team and management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members, contractors and company objectives and be willing to work in any and all areas of operations as requested to maintain team assets.
• Help participate in the training of team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work area.
• Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines and function with little or no supervision.
• Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of finished product.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Education and Technical Skills

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment or rotational molding a plus.

Soft Skills / Abilities

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to work well with others.

• Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to walk about the facility as needed.
