Job summary

Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc. seeks a Robotic Welder on 2nd shift to operate robotic welding equipment and perform MIG/TIG welding per blueprints and process specs. You will set weld parameters, monitor quality, and ensure conformance to customer requirements.

Responsibilities include inspecting finished parts, loading/unloading frames, and maintaining a clean, safe work area while adhering to production standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an internal welding test.
• Knowledge of fixtures and weld set up parameters (amps, volts, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.

Responsibilities

• Operate robotic welder and perform MIG/TIG welding per specifications.
• Adjust controls to regulate wire feed speed, amperage, gas type and weld rod as required.
• Inspect and measure finished pieces for conformance to specs.
• Unload welded frames and label finished containers with part numbers and customer info.
