Area Substance Abuse Council (ASAC) seeks a Lead Recovery Support Professional to supervise residents, support staff, and ensure safe, structured programming in a residential setting. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, experience in human services or residential settings, and a valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager or shift leader preferred.
• Valid driver's license required and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patients in all residential activities (meals, programming, safety, etc.).
• Assist in training Recovery Support Professionals (RSP).
• Ensure group programming is professional and supervised.
• Document incident reports, daily logs, and required records.
• Model professional interaction and lead the RSP team.
