Job summary

Ideal Tridon in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking Production Workers for the 2nd Shift. Work in a manufacturing setting with bagging/boxing operations, using hand tools, and performing quality checks. Overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Hi-Lo Certification preferred, will be trained and certified on the hi-lo.
• (1) year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Must be able to clear drug screen and background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with strong aptitude for operating machinery.
• Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Inspect and package products for Ideal Tridon.
• Locate the products.
• Ensure that machines do not run out of materials.
• Monitor product quality.
• Housekeeping while at the machine
• Production reporting
• May perform other related duties as assigned.
