Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking a Production Team Member to join our Indiana manufacturing site in Fort Branch. You will help ensure high-quality parts are produced safely and on schedule, working in a collaborative environment to learn modern manufacturing methodologies.

You'll participate in continuous improvement efforts using TPS principles like Kaizen, Standard Work, and FMDS, and you will rotate through multiple production jobs to build cross-functional skills while maintaining strong safety and

Qualifications

• Willingness to cross-train on multiple jobs (TPS, 5S, FMDS).
• Strong communication with respect and accountability.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate PIE equipment.
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and PPE compliance at all times.
• Perform part loading and sequencing in assigned area.
• Follow quality inspection procedures to deliver defect-free parts.
• Collaborate with team and rotate through production jobs.
• Learn and follow PIE operating procedures.
• Escalate safety, quality, or equipment issues to the Team Leader.
• Apply Toyota TPS concepts (Kaizen, Standard Work, FMDS).
• Communicate with team leaders and customers as needed.
