NSK Americas, Inc. is seeking a Production Team Lead / Unit Coordinator C for the 2nd shift at our Franklin, IN hub plant. You will coordinate line activities, ensure safety, quality, and production goals, and lead a team using lean and 5S principles.

The role emphasizes communication with management and other supervisors, planning schedules, and maintaining plant standards while controlling costs.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; 4–6 years of related experience.
• Preferred technical diploma or associate degree with 6–8 years of related experience.
• Experience with 5S and Lean manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate production line team activities.
• Enforce safety and quality standards.
• Plan schedules and production sequences to meet goals.
• Monitor production performance and analyze data.
• Communicate status and issues with management and other supervisors.
