Nesco Resource is seeking a production machine operator in Kentucky to set up, run and monitor equipment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role rewards attention to detail, reliability and a collaborative, learn‑and‑improve mindset.

You will operate and troubleshoot machinery, inspect products, load materials, record data, and follow OSHA rules and company procedures in a factory setting that may be noisy, dusty and hot.

Formación

• Ability to understand and operate various types of mechanical equipment.
• Physical Stamina: ability to stand for long periods (8-12 hour shifts) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Technical Skills: ability to read and interpret written instructions and basic computer skills.
• Mathematics: basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) for measurements and calculations
• Communication: strong verbal communication for reporting malfunctions and team collaboration

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate and troubleshooting production machinery to ensure optimal efficiency and speed
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
• Load, unload and feed raw materials into machinery
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance checks on equipment
• Record production data, daily equipment check sheets and hourly production time logs accurately
• Follow all safety protocols (PPE), OSHA regulations and company procedures to maintain a safe work environment
