Job summary

Nesco Resource in Ohio is seeking reliable, hands-on individuals to join our 2nd Shift Manufacturing Team to support daily production by following blueprints and work instructions to produce high-quality parts in the Painesville area.

No prior manufacturing experience is required; we provide training and a chance to learn and grow with the team. You will read blueprints, use basic measuring tools, and contribute to safe, efficient production while meeting quality goals.

Qualifications

• Read and follow basic blueprints and written work instructions.
• Comfortable using basic measuring tools (tape measures, calipers).
• Strong basic math skills.
• Reliable attendance and ability to consistently work 2nd shift.
• Dependable, safety-conscious and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks during 2nd shift.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce parts accurately.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment as trained.
• Perform basic quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and gauges.
• Identify and communicate quality or production issues to the appropriate team member.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.
