Qualifications

• Understanding of manufacturing processes and GMPs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work weekends or second shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide employee training to ensure effective job performance.
• Assist with sanitation operations to promote a clean, food-safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support safety programs and promote adherence to safety requirements.
