Job summary

Lamb Weston, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead team members in identifying and executing plant process improvements.

You will manage production staff to meet quality and output goals, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure resources are available to maintain schedules. Responsibilities include training employees, enforcing safety and GMPs, and supporting continuous improvement in safety, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor degrees preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Understanding of GMPs and plant safety.
• Willing to work weekends and 2nd shift; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production to ensure quality, productivity, and cost standards.
• Provide employee training to ensure effective performance.
• Assist with sanitation supervision to maintain a food-safe environment.
• Enforce plant rules, regulations and procedures.
• Evaluate subordinate performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support plant and company safety programs and promote safety awareness.
