Job summary

Alberici’s Hillsdale Fabricators unit seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee production, quality, and documentation for structural steel projects. This role helps maintain the company’s reputation for precision and safety in premier steel facilities across North America.

The position requires 3–5 years in related roles, an Associate degree, OSHA 30 hours, and travel to project sites; CWI is preferred. On-site work with competitive benefits is offered through Alberici’s broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent.
• OSHA 30-hour training within 1 month of hire; CWI desired.
• Experience supervising 20–40 union workers in a metal fabrication setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor activities and equipment to isolate and correct any work not meeting Code requirements.
• Coordinate with Quality Control to repair non-conforming work and ensure quality.
• Direct work assignments and ensure fabrication aligns with schedule and quality guidelines.
• Create and review written work plans with Production Manager for project execution.
• Travel to company and subsidiary offices and client sites across North America as required.
• Maintain regular attendance and reliability per company guidelines.
