Job summary

Alberici's Hillsdale Fabricators unit seeks a Production Supervisor to oversee structural steel production, quality control, and documentation. You will ensure adherence to Code requirements and collaborate with leaders to optimize fabrication processes across projects.

The role involves supervising 20–40 union workers, coordinating with managers, and traveling across North America as required. OSHA 30 required within one month; CWI desired.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 3-5 years' related experience.
• OSHA 30 hour within 1 month of hiring.
• CWI certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Monitors activities and equipment to ensure code compliance.
• Applies quality control procedures and policies.
• Collaborates with Production Manager to optimize fabrication methods.
• Directs work assignments and monitors shop output.
• Generates bar code labels using FabTrol.
• Travels to company offices and project sites as needed.
