Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a manufacturing team and ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals are met. The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a strong background in production operations, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

You will manage daily activities, train staff, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining documentation and reporting for performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or relevant manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for team development.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the production team and shift to meet goals.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and production sequences to optimize labor.
• Monitor activities, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Communicate objectives and ensure alignment across the team.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff on safety and SOPs.
• Record and report daily performance, quality, and maintenance data.
