Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for second shift in Hartwell, GA to lead production personnel, uphold quality and safety standards, and meet daily objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who develops teams, drives operational performance, and coordinates daily activities, training, and documentation to support the shift. forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience training, coaching, and developing employees.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
• Experience in food processing, meat processing, or a related industry is a plus.
• Ability to obtain forklift and pallet jack certification.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily production activities to meet production, quality, and safety goals.
• Organize work assignments, provide direction, and support employees throughout the shift.
• Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure efficient workflow and proper utilization of personnel and resources.
• Complete and maintain production, shipping/receiving, safety, and sanitation documentation.
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Assist with production responsibilities as needed to support operational demands.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, including proper use of PPE.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and attendance expectations.
• Work cross-functionally with plant leadership to support operational goals.
