Job summary

The Judge Group in Colonial Heights, TN is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for a second shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will lead a production team of up to 20 hourly employees, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity while meeting daily schedules.

The role reports to the Production Manager and requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, food safety, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop up to 20 hourly production employees to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and attendance goals.
• Coordinate daily production activities to ensure schedules are met while minimizing downtime and waste.
• Monitor production metrics, labor utilization, and equipment performance to drive operational efficiency.
• Enforce food safety, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
• Conduct shift meetings, provide employee feedback, and assist with performance management and corrective actions as needed.
• Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Sanitation, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
