Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 2nd shift role in Kersey, PA, with a 1st shift training period of 2–3 months. The role focuses on safety, quality, and productivity, coaching employees, and ensuring compliant operations across shifts.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a PM manufacturing facility, strong communication, and solid computer skills. This is a full-time position with standard benefits and a focus on continuous improvement and cost

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years supervisory experience in a PM manufacturing facility is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate using both written and verbal forms of communication.
• Experience handling complex employee relations matters.
• Solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Assign work and manage staffing to ensure efficient operations.
• Train employees and provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with other departments and shift supervisors for smooth shift transitions.
• Communicate production results, issues, and opportunities to management.
• Direct, supervise and coordinate production operations and cost improvements.
