Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–5 years of equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven leadership ability with hands-on, urgent execution.
• Strong coaching, teambuilding and communication skills.
• Experience implementing lean initiatives and cost reduction.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as E21.
