John Soules Foods is seeking a RTE Delkor Supervisor for the 2nd shift to oversee production shift employees and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.

This exempt role reports to the RTE Superintendent and requires strong supervisory, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with prior experience in food manufacturing.

The position emphasizes adherence to production schedules, labor standards, safety policies and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Degree or higher education preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production on the assigned shift.
• Prepares and maintains work schedules for efficient operations.
• Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Ensures products are identified, weighed, and warehoused correctly.
• Troubleshoots issues and notifies maintenance as needed.
• Ensures safety regulations and internal policies are followed.
• Ensures paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
• Achieves production schedules and labor standards.
