Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operator instructions and quality check sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load component parts into automated assembly and document issues.
• Use PLEX to load inventory and record production.
• Inspect products according to check sheets and work instructions.
• Escalate machinery or quality issues to leaders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Cross-train on various work centers as required.
• Support audits as needed.
