Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Production Operator for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM). The role involves loading component parts into an automated assembly, recording production, packing per instructions, labeling, and documenting issues with parts or machinery.

You will use PLEX to load inventory, ensure compliance with check sheets, and escalate any down machinery or poor-quality parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret operator instructions and quality check sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load component parts into automated assembly and document issues.
