Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in Moorstown, NJ is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift, guiding 20–25 employees across loading, cutting tables and ovens to maintain safety, quality and efficiency. You will plan and assign work, monitor performance, and coach the team in a TPS/Lean environment.

Responsibilities include leading multiple teams, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with the Production Manager to ensure timely shipments and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years as Production Leader/Shop Leader.
• Manufacturing experience; glass or building products a plus.
• Frontline manufacturing leadership, with multiple teams.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality execution.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with ERP, assembly management software and MS Office.
• Ability to interpret and relay production data and KPIs.
