Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 8-10 production employees during the second shift.
• Maintain an active presence on the production floor throughout the shift.
• Address employee questions, production issues, and workflow challenges in a timely manner.
• Ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Assist with daily production activities such as pulling ingredients and staging materials.
• Monitor the preparation of products to ensure consistency and quality.
• Lead and oversee palletization of finished product cases safely and accurately.
• Promote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Communicate with management regarding shift performance and staffing needs.
• Train new employees and reinforce company procedures and expectations.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace culture.
