48forty Solutions is seeking a Production Supervisor in Eastford, CT to work with plant management, develop personnel, and ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently. The role involves leading the production team on the 2nd shift and driving safety, quality, and customer service standards.

The position offers hourly pay of $21.00-$24.00 per hour, with a High School Diploma or GED and 2-3 years of warehouse leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
