Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift (2-10 PM EST) to lead a team in turbine blade and vane manufacturing. You will oversee wax production operations, enforce EHS and quality protocols, drive output targets, and optimize resources in a dynamic factory environment.

The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct supervisory experience in investment casting or similar production processes, plus 5+ years in manufacturing
• Proven ability to lead a multi-disciplinary production team and coach hourly workforce
• Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office and production record-keeping

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production technicians and equipment operators, ensuring safety, policy adherence, and performance goals
• Oversee 2nd shift production operations (2-10 PM EST), manage workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain production records
• Enforce EHS regulations and monitor product quality across the shift
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to foster team development and resolve employee relations issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Kaizen) to boost efficiency and reduce waste
