Siemens Energy is seeking a Production Supervisor for the second shift (2-10 PM EST) to lead a team in turbine blade and vane manufacturing. You will oversee wax production operations, enforce EHS and quality protocols, drive output targets, and optimize resources in a dynamic factory environment.
The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting and a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
In this role as a Production Supervisor for the second shift (2-10 PM EST), you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our turbine blade and vane manufacturing processes. Your role will revolve around leading and managing a dedicated team, overseeing wax production operations, and ensuring strict adherence to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) and quality protocols. You will focus on achieving output targets, optimizing resource utilization, and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment. With your proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, you will leverage your knowledge of production planning, workflow management, and quality control to effectively guide your team and tackle daily operational challenges.
