Job summary

ECOS is seeking a Production Line Lead for the second shift to oversee daily production activities with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. You will serve as the primary lead for second shift employees, guiding operations and ensuring adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include line supervision, cross-training, and reporting. Effective communication and strong attention to detail are essential for maintaining production schedules and safe practices across all tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in production with 1 year of lead experience preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and KPIs preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to interact with all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise labeling, filling, and packaging on the production line.
• Assist line staff to maintain efficient pace; work on the line as needed.
• Rotate responsibilities to ensure safety and cross-training.
• Complete hourly worksheets and input data on time.
• Record scrap and report to supervisor/plant manager.
