Job summary

V2X is hiring a process tech 4 (2nd shift) to support the Modernization and Sustainment site in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role performs a variety of tasks related to the Manufacturing assembly and production process, with emphasis on process execution, troubleshooting, optimization and compliance within a high reliability AS9100 environment.

Responsibilities include testing production units, troubleshooting with tools, collaborating with Engineering to develop tests for new designs, and

Qualifications

• Two years of electronic assembly, rework, and repair experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read process routings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Must obtain solder certifications and DoD secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform function tests of production units using MPTs and ATPs.
• Troubleshoot with a wide range of tools to diagnose issues at component level.
• Collaborate with Engineering to develop tests for new designs.
• Follow and interpret data feedback from tests for improvements.
• Operate test stands and hand tools for testing.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety procedures.
