The candidate should have a background as a Press Operator with progressive tool setup experience, strong blueprint reading, and basic shop math. Own basic tools and operate under second shift with a pay range of $41,600–$45,750 yearly.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Press Operator is required, with progressive tool setup expertise.
• High mechanical aptitude and basic shop math.
• Own essential tools including a 4” adjustable square, caliper, micrometer, ruler, and toolbox.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English to interpret job cards/prints and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and presses with all accessories, lubrication, fixtures, cushions, etc., for efficient sample parts.
• Produce parts to exact specifications and perform regular part inspections.
• Conduct initial and periodic safety checks and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Record job information (parts produced, status, location) and meet deadlines.
• Follow company policies and communicate issues to supervision.
