WORKFORCE Employment Specialists, LLC is seeking an experienced Stamping Press Operator with Set-Up Experience to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of operating and setting up stamping presses in a production environment.

Responsibilities include operating presses safely, setting up dies and tooling, performing die changes, inspecting parts for quality, reading blueprints, and performing routine equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Previous stamping press operation experience required.
• Press setup and die change experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate stamping presses safely and efficiently
• Set up presses, dies, tooling, and production equipment
• Perform die changes and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
• Perform routine equipment checks and troubleshoot basic production issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
