Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings.
• Basic computer skills and production-tracking familiarity.
• Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate small surface grinding equipment.
• Change and balance grinding wheels and identify wheel issues.
• Perform operator-level maintenance on grinding equipment.
• Produce parts meeting dimensional and surface finish requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
• Maintain production documentation and clock labor in Visual ERP.
