Responsibilities

• Safely handle and process poultry products.
• Sort, weigh, and label poultry products using equipment.
• Fold liners and ensure trays are properly closed.
• Operate automated equipment or palletize trays manually.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Pack, weigh, label, and move poultry products as assigned.
• Follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintain production speeds while prioritizing safety and quality.
• Report safety, quality, or product concerns to supervisor.
• Work in different departments as production needs require.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company policies and instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
