Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the second shift to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production employees, including conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other shift supervisors and departments to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent production output.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper use of materials and resources during the shift.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in a timely and professional manner.
