Athletic Brewing Co. is hiring a Packaging Operator I for the Milford, CT area on the second shift. You will package products into cans or kegs, run packaging machines, and ensure accurate date codes while keeping a clean and safe work area.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The position requires basic computer skills (Word/Excel), forklift experience preferred, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package product into cans or kegs following SOPs.
• Operate and adjust packaging machines and date codes.
• Shadow and support packaging line operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with pallet tagging and daily packaging forms.
