Job summary

Athletic Brewing is seeking a Packaging Operator I in San Diego to join our production team. You will package product into cans or kegs, follow SOPs, adjust operations as needed, and help maintain a clean, safe, GMP-compliant workspace.

This role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with NetSuite; forklift experience is preferred. You will rotate through stations, document daily logs, and support continuous improvement while upholding our commitment to quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills – Word, Excel, email; NetSuite a plus.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Package product into cans or kegs following SOPs.
• Operate and adjust packaging line machinery.
• Start and stop machines, station setup, date code changes.
• Shadow Operator and monitor line operations.
• Navigate Netsuite to build pallets and print pallet tags.
• Complete daily packaging forms for logs (CIPs, Cleaning, Downtime).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment per OSHA and GMPs.
