Job summary

Resideo is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead our second shift for outbound shipping across parcel and LTL/TL. You will direct a team, plan labor, and ensure safety, quality, and on‑time performance while handling Dangerous Goods compliance and carrier execution.

You will manage dock flow, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in a fast‑paced warehouse environment at our Louisville site.

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related operational experience.
1+ year of leadership experience assigning work and coaching associates.
Experience using warehouse management systems, shipping systems, RF scanning, dock schedules, reports, spreadsheets, email, and dashboards.
Experience supporting Dangerous Goods handling and transportation safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead outbound shipping operations by planning labor, assigning work, balancing parcel and LTL/TL priorities, and meeting customer and carrier cutoffs.
Direct and coach leads, clerks, pickers, packers, and loaders to execute standard work and packing accuracy.
Monitor on‑time performance, productivity, staffing, and dock/trailer flow across the shift.
Resolve shortages, damages, delays, documentation gaps, and safety concerns with internal partners and leadership.
Ensure Dangerous Goods shipments are shipped per procedures and regulatory requirements.
