Marmon/Keystone in Spring Valley, IL is hiring an Operations Assistant for the SECOND SHIFT (12:00pm–8:30pm, Monday–Friday with overtime flexibility). You will support warehouse and logistics with inbound/outbound, filings, and inventory tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook), data entry and math accuracy, and a detail-oriented problem-solver who can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Managing shipping documents like manifests, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Scheduling appointments for inbound deliveries.
• Assisting with inventory checks and maintaining accurate records.
• Scanning and managing electronic Material Test Reports.
