Job summary

Marmon/Keystone LLC in Denver, CO is hiring an Operations Assistant to support warehouse operations. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday shift 7:30am–4:30pm and an hourly compensation target of $23–$25.

You will process inbound materials, verify orders, coordinate shipments, manage shipping docs, and help with inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process inbound materials and prepare warehouse receiving reports.
• Verify sales order completion and timely processing.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and plan truck routes.
• Manage shipping documents like manifests, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Schedule appointments for inbound deliveries.
• Assist with inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Scan and manage electronic documents.
