Job summary

Little Leaf Farms in McAdoo, PA is seeking a Second Shift Operations Manager to provide on-site leadership for production, packing, and logistics during the 2nd shift. You will report to the General Manager and drive operational excellence across seeding, harvest, packing and shipping.

You will lead a team of 100+ employees, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, uphold GMP standards, and coach shift supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years leading large manufacturing teams.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish and ability to operate under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2nd shift operations across seeding, harvest, packing, and shipping.
• Maintain safety, quality, and GMP compliance while driving KPIs.
• Coach and develop shift supervisors and leads.
• Collaborate with QA, Sanitation, Maintenance to resolve issues.
• Report shift performance to General Manager with daily updates.
