Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; further metallurgy training is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, procedures, and technical docs.
• Detail-oriented with strong ability to produce accurate lab reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math for data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare chemistry and metallographic samples for analysis.
• Perform metallurgical evaluations using microscopes and lab equipment.
• Conduct routine analyses with LECO and XRF and ensure reliable results.
• Generate reports and document findings; coordinate external testing when needed.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain accurate lab records.
