Job summary

TPi Arcade, LLC is seeking detail‑oriented individuals for its 2nd shift Cleaning Room team. The role focuses on grinding castings to exact specifications using grinders, dynafile, and other hand tools.

Monday–Thursday schedule is 1:30PM–12:00AM/1:00AM with a 40–44 hour week and a $500 sign‑on bonus plus a safety and attendance reward program up to $2,600 per year. Responsibilities include straightening, grinding to spec, batch sequencing, and maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail oriented with ability to finish castings to customer specs.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and read measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Straighten castings and finish grinding to customer specifications.
• Sort castings into batches for sequencing in the department.
• Work with a team to produce quality parts to production standards.
• Maintain and safely use grinders and related tools; perform minor tool maintenance.
